Planning for my music video

She Knows by J. Cole

Props: In my music video I will use several props to create a story of a girl knowing her boyfriend is cheating on her. These props include cell phones displaying text messages and cars used in several scenes.

Costumes: The costumes I will use in my video will look very similar to the ones used in the official music video; casual clothing worn in our daily lives.

Schedule: 

On 11/12 I researched the codes and conventions of the hip hop genre

On 11/16 I established the props, costumes, schedule list, backup plan, and location that will be used for the music video

On 11/19 I will create my storyboard for the 1:10-1:15 minute video

On 11/26 I will film all the shots used for the video

On 11/29 I will edit and finalize my video

Location list: My main locations would be different areas in a home. This includes not only bedrooms and common areas but the backyard and front porch as well. 

Backup plan: If I am not able to film in my home I will film at a friend's or family member's house.
