Filming blog: finding people to be in my video

Hey guys, it's finally time to record my music video! Since I am working by myself I need to find people to be in my music video. At first, I was nervous to find people to help me do this project since everyone I know has a busy schedule. My idea for the video only needs two people to be in it while I film it. I asked one of my friends and my brother to be in my video. In case they were not available in time to film I had other people who were willing to be in my project just in case. Once I confirmed who was going to be in my video it was time to set a date for filming. I wanted to film on the weekend so I wouldn't have to worry about school. I had planned on filming on the weekend after Thanksgiving but I had to leave the country and had to reschedule. I decided to film my video the weekend after since the due date was arising soon. I made sure I had all the props needed for the video. I also reviewed my storyboard to see which scenes and where I was going to film. I practiced using different camera angles and movements so I had the best result when it came time to film my video. I made sure I understood what was going on in each scene so I could explain to my friends how I needed them to act. I decided to have my female friend dress in clothes to make it look like she had been out all night. I would also ask my brother to look like he was wearing clothes to sleep. In addition to this, I had to decide where I was able to film. My initial plan was to film at my house but there were too many people that would interrupt the filming process. Because of this, my brother said I could record at his house. So on December 4th my friend and I planned to go to his house to record my video and hopefully finish in one day. Since I was unable to film on my intended date due to me being out of the country here is a picture from my trip.
